The main hall, designated as Historical Building No. 59 by Otaru City, has an area of approximately 120 tatami mats and is used for Buddhist memorial services held three times a year, as well as for various events such as zazen meetings. The main sanctuary is dedicated to Shakyamuni Buddha on top of the Shumidan, and to Kannon and Jizo on both sides of the main hall. The ceiling of the main hall is a picture ceiling with Ryozan crests and colorful paintings.
Behind the main hall is the Kaisando-Do, where the tablets of successive chief priests are dedicated.

 The multipurpose hall (181.5 m2) on the first floor of the kori is used for funerals and dinner ceremonies.
